Signatories
Signing commits you to one thing.
Declare the level on what you publish. That is the whole undertaking.
Not to use less AI. Not to use more. Not to agree with every word of the manifesto — several of the people below do not. Only to stop leaving the reader to guess.
How to sign
Open a pull request adding yourself to signatories.json. That is deliberately a small amount of friction: it means every name here was added by a person who meant it, and it means there is no form for us to harvest and no mailing list for you to get onto.
If a pull request is not your world, open an issue and someone will add you.

The number beside a name, where there is one, is the level that person most often publishes at. It is not a score. Several of the people here are usually a 4, and say so, which is exactly the point.
